HYDRELO ALLERGY LUBRICANT EYE DROPS is an isotonic solution and can be used to treat and prevent symptoms of allergic conjunctivitis. Itchy, red, or watery eyes can effectively be alleviated.
HYDRELO ALLERGY LUBRICANT EYE DROPS protects against the harmful influences of allergens and supports the regeneration process of irritated and sensitive conjunctiva.
HYDRELO ALLERGY LUBRICANT EYE DROPS is suitable for wearers of contact lenses, children and for sensitive eyes.
Always use HYDRELO ALLERGY LUBRICANT EYE DROPS according to these instructions for use. Consult the healthcare provider or pharmacist before use if the patient is not sure.
If not otherwise prescribed by the healthcare provider, please apply 1-2 drops per eye, several times a day. Children 10 years of age and younger should be assisted during the application of HYDRELO ALLERGY LUBRICANT EYE DROPS.
Detach one ampoule from the strip and open it by twisting off the tab.
Bend your head backwards, with your forefinger pull the lower eyelid downwards and look up.
Gently squeeze the ampoule together using the other hand and let one to two drops fall into the pocket of the eye.
The ampoule should not touch the eye.
Close your eye slowly to disperse the solution throughout the eye as good as possible.
Repeat the procedure on the other eye.
HYDRELO ALLERGY LUBRICANT EYE DROPS should not be used in the case of hypersensitivity to Ectoin or any of the other ingredients of the eye drops.
The product should not be used after eye surgery or trauma.
If allergic reactions occur, the use of HYDRELO ALLERGY LUBRICANT EYE DROPS must be discontinued immediately.
The remaining liquid may only be used by the same patient within 12 hours after first opening, if the ampoule is kept closed with the attached lid in a secure, upright position and the tip of the ampoule did not touch anything, e.g. eye, cheek or finger. Otherwise, the ampoule must be discarded.
Do not use damaged or punctured ampoules.
Currently, there are no data available regarding the use of HYDRELO ALLERGY LUBRICANT EYE DROPS during pregnancy and while breast‑feeding.
Consult the healthcare provider or pharmacist for advice, before using this eye drops, if the patient is: pregnant or breast‑feeding; not sure whether pregnant or not.
HYDRELO ALLERGY LUBRICANT EYE DROPS is well tolerated. Up to now, no regularly occurring or persisting side effects are known.
In isolated cases, HYDRELO ALLERGY LUBRICANT EYE DROPS may provoke short term eye irritation, ocular hyperaemia, or conjunctivitis.
Please inform the healthcare provider or pharmacist if the patient notices side effects that are associated with the use of HYDRELO ALLERGY LUBRICANT EYE DROPS.
If conditions persist or worsen, contact the healthcare provider or pharmacist.
There are no known interactions between HYDRELO ALLERGY LUBRICANT EYE DROPS and other eye drops or topical eye ointments.
Wait at least 15 minutes after using HYDRELO ALLERGY LUBRICANT EYE DROPS before applying any other eye drops into the eye.
HYDRELO ALLERGY LUBRICANT EYE DROPS should be stored between 2°C-25°C.
HYDRELO ALLERGY LUBRICANT EYE DROPS is filled in small plastic parts that could be swallowed by small children. Danger of suffocation.
